These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms” or “Terms of Service” or “TOS” interchangeably) govern your use of Templa, www.templa.in, the “website” or “marketplace”, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms outlined herewith. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

Overview

Templa.in is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of creative and unique products. Templa.in does not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the items sold through our Services. The items are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers.

Your Account

Account Creation: To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for any and all the activity on your account

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Services

Account Security: Keep your account password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Seller responsibilities

If you sell products on Templa.in:Compliance with Laws: Ensure your listings and activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Accurate representation: Describe your products accurately in listings, including photos, descriptions, and pricing

Fees and payments: Agree to pay any applicable fees for listing or transactions as outlined in our Fees Policy

No infringement: Your products and listings must not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

Order fulfilment: Fulfil orders promptly and accurately. Clearly communicate with buyers about processing and shipping timelines

Buyer responsibilities

If you purchase products on Templa.in:

Payment obligations: Pay for items you agree to purchase

Respectful communication: Communicate respectfully with sellers and follow our community guidelines

Dispute resolution: Use the platform’s mechanisms to resolve disputes with sellers before seeking external resolution

Prohibited activities

You may not engage in the following activities:

Violate any laws or regulations

Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations

Interfere with other users’ accounts or the operation of the Services

Upload or distribute harmful or malicious software

Post or sell prohibited items, including illegal, harmful, or counterfeit products, as outlined in our Prohibited Items Policy

Content and intellectual property

Ownership: Sellers retain ownership of the content they post but grant Templa.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote their content

No misuse: Users may not use content from the Services without permission from the owner or Templa.in

Content Removal: Templa.in reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws

Fees and payments

Service fees: Templa.in charges fees for certain Services, such as listing products or processing payments. Fees are outlined in our Fees Policy

Payment processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By using these gateways, you agree to their terms and conditions

Taxes: Sellers are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes on sales

Shipping, returns and refunds

Templa.in is a marketplace for digital products and hence there is no selling / buying / delivery of any physical product / goods. Hence no shipping is involved. Sellers and Buyers are advised to read and understand our shipping, returns and refunds policy.

Seller Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for defining their shipping, return and refund policies and clearly communicate them to buyers

Buyers: Review and agree to the seller’s policies before making a purchase

Disputes: Use our dispute resolution tools for issues related to returns and refunds

Privacy

Data collection: Templa.in collects and uses personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

User obligations: Do not misuse other users’ personal information obtained through the Services.

Termination

Termination by you: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support at hello@templa.in

Termination by www.templa.in: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the Services

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, www.templa.in is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services

Losses or damages resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers

Indemnification

The seller and the buyer, agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.templa.in from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these terms.

Dispute resolution

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the country falling under the Jurisdiction of Telangana State

Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

Amendments

Templa.in reserves the right to modify/amend these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the same on www.templa.in, and continued use of the our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
