CATEGORIES OF PROHIBITED ITEMS

Illegal or Restricted Items

• Items banned by law or requiring licenses to sell, such as:
  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, and controlled substances.
  • Counterfeit currency or securities
  • Weapons, explosives, and related accessories

Hazardous Items

• Products that pose a risk to health, safety, or the environment, including:
  • Flammable, toxic, or radioactive materials
  • Recalled items or products failing safety standards

Intellectual Property Infringement

• Items violating copyrights, trademarks, or patents, such as:
  • Fake designer goods
  • Unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted works

Adult or Inappropriate Content

• Pornography, obscene material, or items promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination

Other Restricted Items

• Stolen goods
• Products promoting false or misleading claims (e.g., miracle cures)
• Animals, livestock, or wildlife products prohibited under law

SELLER RESPONSIBILITY

• Sellers must review and adhere to Templa.in’s Prohibited Items Policy before listing products
• Non-compliance may result in suspension, fines, or permanent removal from the platform without any obligation whatsoever

REPORTING VIOLATIONS

• If you encounter prohibited items, report them to Templa.in by writing to us on hello@templa.in
• Include the item’s URL, description, and reason for reporting
