Templa.in provides a supportive platform for sellers to showcase and monetize their digital products. The following rules apply to all sellers / vendors:

Seller / Vendor responsibilities

• Ensure all uploaded products are original and meet quality standards.
• Avoid uploading content that violates copyright laws or Indian regulations.
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and complaints

Pricing and commissions

• Sellers determine product prices.
• Templa.in retains a commission from each sale to cover operational costs.

Payouts

• Payments to sellers are processed monthly through the registered bank account or wallet.
• A minimum pay-out threshold applies.

Taxes

• 18% GST will be applicable on all types of financial transactions.
• It’s the sellers responsibility to file all taxes as per prevailing guidelines.
• Failure to file taxes will lead to penalties and prosecution by appropriate authorities.

Prohibited content

• Copyrighted material, explicit content, or files containing malware are not permitted.
• Violations will result in account suspension or termination.
