Since www.templa.in operates as a marketplace for digital products there are no physical products shipped or returned and refunds. www.templa.in reserves the right to process any refund. The refund is managed under below strict guidelines alone:

Refund eligibility

Replacements or refunds are applicable only on defective or unusable digital products

No refunds for successfully downloaded and functional products

Requesting a refund

Submit a request within 7 days of purchase to hello@templa.in

Provide proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots or error messages)

Resolution timeline

Our team will review the request within 3 business days and provide a resolution

Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for products that are incompatible due to buyer error (e.g., wrong software version)

Buyer can’t hold www.templa.in or the seller responsible for their actions
